UK Customers – Free Delivery and Returns Standard postage and packing for UK customers is free on orders over £4.50! We aim to despatch orders where goods are in stock within 24 hours of receipt (Monday to Friday only). Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days* from despatch. Need it in a hurry? If you need your order and you need it quick why not use our Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Service available at £8.00 per parcel.** If you place your order on-line by 2pm (Monday to Thursday), we will despatch your order that day for delivery the next working day. Please phone first so we can check stock levels. Orders placed between 2pm on Thursdays and 2pm on Friday using the Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Service will be delivered on the Monday following the date of the order. Orders placed between 2pm on Friday and 2pm on Monday will be despatched on Monday for delivery on the Tuesday following the date of the order. Overseas Customers Western Europe, Europe inc. Sweden, Norway, postage and packing is £10.00 per order. This cost is applied per order regardless of the number of items ordered For the Rest of the World inc. Australia and the Far East postage and packing is £10.00 per order. Royal Mail's delivery aims for the overseas services we use are as follows: Western Europe 3 to 5 working days Rest of Europe 3 to 5 working days Rest of the World 5 to 7 working days * please note these times are not guaranteed If you are in the armed forces and require goods to be sent to a BFPO address this is charged at standard UK rate regardless of the destination – delivery times may vary. Returns If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return it to us wthin 28 days for a full refund or exchange (this does not affect your Statutory Rights). We do not even ask that you pay the postage. Simply contact us and we will arrange for a returns bag to be sent to you. Simply return the goods in the bag and we will send your replacements as soon as we get you unwanted shoes back. Please note we do not accept return of unwanted shoe charms unless they are faulty.
